Welcome to Vosges Hunting Safaris – our family-run game farm, just an hour from O.R. Tambo International Airport and 40 minutes from Pretoria. Set on the edge of a conservation area, surrounded by untamed beauty, this is a place we’re proud to call one of South Africa’s most scenic hunting destinations.
Our main lodge is tucked away in the heart of the Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve, where we personally guide you through unforgettable bow and rifle hunting experiences. Whether you’re after plains game or buffalo, we offer five-day safaris filled with adventure and incredible moments—all just a stone’s throw from camp.
We also understand that hunting trips often bring families together. That’s why we’re happy to help you plan visits to nearby attractions, making sure there’s something special for everyone.

Our Team
Vosges Safaris is a proud family-owned business, deeply inspired by the vision and passion of our father, Peter Snr, a dedicated nature enthusiast and hunter.
This legacy lives on through his three sons, who serve as the co-owners of Vosges Safaris. Peter, the eldest, oversees logistics, client well-being, and relations. Angus, the second eldest, is a registered outfitter and a skilled professional hunter. Ian, the youngest brother, is our primary professional hunter and holds qualifications as a Big Five Professional Hunter. The next generation of the family is represented by Angus’s son, Ruan, who is also an accomplished professional hunter.
